W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences represents the new evolution of the W brand, combining the style of a luxury beachfront destination with the energy of a vibrant social hub, on one of Florida's most beautiful beaches. The project offers two distinct ownership options: private oceanfront residences (The Residences) and fully furnished five-star condo-hotel suites (The Suites). The Residences include 74 homes between 2,400 and 3,400 sq. ft., plus 3 penthouses with rooftop pools, with an exclusive collection of amenities in addition to all the W hotel structure. The Suites include 296 furnished studios, 1- and 2-bedroom units, with sizes between 580 and 1,860 sq. ft., including 3 WOW Suites. Highlights of the development include the 60,000 sq. ft. WET® Pool Deck, AWAY Spa®, FIT® gym with yoga studio, pickleball and padel courts, an award-winning all-day restaurant, and The Living Room®, the W brand's social center, all supported by the Whatever/Whenever® philosophy focused on serving requests at any time.
