3200 Biscayne is a 35-story tower designed by Arquitectonica for Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. The development will have 523,318 sq. ft. of total area, including 108 hotel units, 110 residential units, approximately 5,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, 2,000 sq. ft. of commercial use, and a garage for up to 332 vehicles. The residential units will range from 660 to 1,433 sq. ft., with 1- to 3-bedroom floor plans. The hotel will feature an event hall with terraces overlooking Biscayne Boulevard.
