Coming Soon to Miami Beach's skyline. Michael Stern's JDS Development Group, in partnership with DJ Gianluca Vacchi's GV Development Group and Terra Group, has received approval from Miami Beach commissioners for upzoning 1250 West Avenue, allowing a 330-foot, 32-story tower — more than double the previous 150-foot limit. The project recently secured city approvals to build a slimmer, taller tower, rising up to 330 feet with a maximum of 125 condos. The project will rise on the 1.9-acre waterfront property currently occupied by the 15-story Bay Garden Manor condo building, constructed in 1964.
